Legal Update

Paul Barsness and Lawrence Ashe will be conducting a legal updates presentation on September 18, 2024, at Edison Electric Institute’s Conference on Employment Testing. Edison Electric Institute is the association that represents all U.S. investor-owned electric companies. More and more companies rely on professionally developed selection procedures, including the use of artificial intelligence, to hire, promote, and retain the best talent. Paul and Lawrence represent employers of all sizes, as well as local governments, test developers, and workforce management companies, in counseling, litigation, and subpoena-enforcement actions involving the use of employment tests and personnel selection procedures.
