Firm to Firm Conversation: Meeting Immediate Challenges to Advancing and Retaining All Women
Now is an essential time for Diversity Chairs, Chief Diversity Officers, Diversity Professionals and Partner Leaders of Women’s Initiatives to come together to innovatively address the urgent, new questions and issues that impact all women attorneys. While business matters separate us, the desire to create cultures of success and belonging concern all caring and innovative leaders.
The Firm-to-Firm Conversation Virtual Gathering is the only annual event where a broad representation of diversity leaders come together for intensive conversation and significant focus on all women. This high-impact meeting has been presented in many formats over the past 15 years. This year, it will be a facilitated, discussion-only, virtual format for one senior partner plus one influential professional staff member across the full spectrum of law firms.
Both small group discussions, including one segment sectioned according to firm size, and full group conversations will occur during the 4-hour program.
