The Medicare Advantage program has been the subject of several high profile enforcement actions over the last two years. The recent settlement by Sutter Health in Californian and suits filed by DOJ against Anthem and Kaiser highlight the enforcement risks involved in these programs. Jonathan Ferry, a partner in Bradley Government Enforcement and investigations Practice Group, will speak to these issues at the Health Care Compliance Association’s 2022 Managed Care Compliance Conference from January 30 to February 1 in Phoenix, Arizona.
