Latest Civil Justice Developments in the UK and EU

Bradley partner Tripp Haston will co-chair a joint meeting of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) and the British Institute of International & Comparative Law (BIICL) in London, England. Mr. Haston, a past president of IADC facilitated the first IADC-BIICL joint meeting in 2007 together with BIICL’s Professor Duncan Fairgrieve, K.C. (Hon) and the organizations have had a long history of collaboration ever since. Mr. Haston will chair a panel of speakers from the Netherlands, France and the UK to discuss the latest developments in the UK and EU concerning Class Actions/Collective Redress, Litigation Funding and other civil litigation topics.
