Nashville Business Journal
Bradley attorneys Jim Murphy and Tom Trent were featured in the Nashville Business Journal for their work with Oracle Corp. on its proposed $1.2 billion waterfront campus on the East Bank of the Cumberland River. Should Metro Council approve an incentives plan for Oracle at its May 4 meeting, Oracle aims to employ 2,500 people there by the end of 2027, a headcount that would soar to 8,500 within four years after that. The following is an excerpt from the NBJ article, highlighting Murphy and Trent's role in the proposed deal:
"Oracle has retained two veteran lawyers from Bradley's Nashville office: Tom Trent and Jim Murphy, both of whom specialize in economic development incentives and real estate matters."
