Tim Capria Named to INTA Trademark Office Practices Committee and Examination Guidelines Subcommittee

Bradley partner Tim Capria has been named to the International Trademark Association (INTA) Trademark Office Practices Committee and Examination Guidelines Subcommittee. INTA is a global association of brand owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and complementary intellectual property to foster consumer trust, economic growth, and innovation. The subcommittee’s task this term is to review and evaluate the current version of the Trademark Examination Guidelines and make recommendations for amendments to the guidelines for adoption by the INTA Board.
