Bradley Welcomes Associate Adrian A. Szycowski

Bradley is pleased to announce that Adrian A. Szycowski has joined the firm’s Nashville office as an associate.

Mr. Szycowski is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group and focuses his practice on securities, taxation, and corporate law. He provides advice to a wide range of clients, collaborating with them to navigate complex transactional and strategic matters, including private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, private placement offerings, tax-incentivized transactions, corporate governance, and equity and debt finance. Mr. Szycowski also works with private investment funds in their formation, operation, and investment transactions.

Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Szycowski was an associate of a boutique firm in Atlanta. He is an honors graduate of the Emory University School of Law and earned his B.A. from George Washington University.
