Bradley Adds Ryan Christian To Huntsville Office
Bradley is pleased to announce that C. Ryan Christian has joined the firm’s Huntsville office as an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities , Government Contracts, and Intellectual Property Practice Groups.
“Ryan is a skilled contracts attorney with more than 10 years of experience in the areas of global security and procurement,” said Bradley Huntsville Office Managing Partner Frank M. Caprio. “We are pleased to welcome him to the firm and know that his collaborative approach to legal solutions will serve as a benefit to our clients.”
Mr. Christian advises clients in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, securities law, and business operations and on matters involving government contracts, intellectual property, and technology issues. Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Christian served in the United States Army as both an Army officer and attorney, most recently advising executive and senior leaders on complex legal issues and providing business judgment advice in support of highly visible contracts for procurement and support of more than $1 billion worth of products and services for the Department of Defense. He is a combat veteran with service in Afghanistan and a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal and Humanitarian Service Medal.
After earning his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, Mr. Christian served in the JAG Corps as a prosecutor and an advisor to senior managers on disciplinary and regulatory compliance matters. He earned his B.S. from the University of Alabama.
