Bradley Partner Rod Clement Inducted as a Fellow of Mississippi Bar Foundation
Bradley is pleased to announce that W. Rodney Clement, a partner in the firm’s Jackson office, has been inducted as a Fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation, which recognizes a lawyer’s excellence, as well as dedication and service to the public and profession.
Mr. Clement’s practice is focused on commercial real estate and secured transactions. He frequently represents purchasers and developers of energy projects, office buildings and distribution facilities, as well as lenders and borrowers in financings. Mr. Clement also has extensive experience with judicial and non-judicial foreclosures and receiverships. He has represented notable developers and facilities across Mississippi.
Mr. Clement earned his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law after graduating from Millsaps College with a B.A.
Selection as a Mississippi Bar Fellow recognizes that an attorney has achieved the highest level of professionalism, competence and leadership, according to the attorney’s peers. Only 10% of the lawyers in Mississippi are eligible for membership as a Fellow.
