Amenities and Location Draw National Legal Firm to Relocate to Trophy Office Tower
On the heels of announcing an office lease with PEI Global Partners earlier this year, real estate development firm Strategic Property Partners, LLC (“SPP”) today announced the signing of a new lease with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP (“Bradley”) at Water Street Tampa’s WELL Gold-certified trophy office tower, Thousand & One. The Birmingham, Alabama-based law firm with offices across the country has committed to 37,000 square feet on the 10th and 11th floors of Thousand & One and will be relocating from its current Downtown Tampa office.

Bradley is relocating to Thousand & One from its current location on North Tampa Street in Downtown Tampa and expects to move into the new space at year end.
