Bradley Adds Team of Construction Attorneys to Dallas Office
Bradley is pleased to announce that Barry J. Brooks, Morgan Crider and Jacob A. Muñoz have joined the firm’s Construction Practice Group in Dallas.

Mr. Brooks joins the firm as a partner and concentrates his practice on construction law, employment law, and general commercial litigation matters. He has successfully handled multimillion-dollar disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, and defective construction lawsuits, as well as high-profile Department of Labor investigations, theft of trade secrets, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Mr. Brooks worked several years as a civil engineer, giving him hands-on construction experience that helps him uniquely understand his clients’ needs. He is a member of the Construction Law and Labor and Employment sections of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Mr. Brooks earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and received a B.S. in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
Ms. Crider joins as an associate, representing general contractors, subcontractors, and commercial owners engaged in a variety of construction projects. Her practice primarily focuses on prosecuting and defending claims, in court and arbitration, concerning commercial construction disputes, whether in the form of construction defect claims, trust fund violation allegations, breach-of-contract disputes, or other construction-related issues. Ms. Crider is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Dallas Women Lawyers Association. While attending law school, she served as an intern for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Dallas Regional Solicitor’s Office. She also interned for the Hon. Martin Hoffman in the 68th Civil District Court of Dallas County after earning her law degree. Ms. Crider received her J.D. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her B.S. from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Muñoz also joins the firm as an associate and focuses his practice on construction-related issues, including contracts and litigation. He has experience handling a variety of disputes in the construction industry, including business divorce, employment matters, breach of contract, lien and bond issues, and corporate structure and governance. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division. He also served as a judicial intern for the 68th Civil District Court of Dallas County. Mr. Muñoz earned his J.D. from the Baylor University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas.
