Bradley Continues to Grow Atlanta Office with Addition of Two Attorneys
Bradley is pleased to announce that Dmitry Epstein and Seth Pierce Johnson have joined the firm’s Atlanta office with experience in litigation and real estate.
Mr. Epstein joins as a litigation associate from Parker Hudson and works with clients to resolve commercial disputes in court and in alternative dispute resolution settings. He has represented clients in a variety of cases across industries, giving him insight into the various risks associated with litigation and how they impact different business entities. Mr. Epstein served for five years as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Georgia and for three years with the Federal Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Mr. Epstein earned his J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law and his B.A. from Emory University.
Mr. Johnson, an associate in Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group, joins from Womble Bond Dickinson and focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. He represents clients with transactions involving a variety of asset types, including multi-family, hotel, hospitality, industrial, and retail properties. He also works with parties in commercial finance, corporate structuring, and multi-state transactions, as well as franchise negotiation issues. He received his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as a managing and editorial board member for the Georgia Law Review and his B.A. (summa cum laude) from Duke University.
