Bradley Welcomes Back Real Estate Partner Keith Windle to Birmingham Office
Bradley is pleased to announce that Keith Windle has rejoined the firm’s Birmingham office as a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group.
“Keith’s keen understanding of the issues involved with affordable housing and community development work add unique depth to our real estate team, and we are pleased to welcome him back to the firm,” said Bradley Birmingham Office Managing Partner Andy Robison.
Mr. Windle focuses his practice on real estate development and finance, commercial lending, commercial foreclosures, retail property leasing, and low-income housing investment and development. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing developers, lenders and investors involved in both low-income housing tax credit projects and market-rate, multi-family housing transactions.
Prior to returning to Bradley, Mr. Windle served as general counsel for LIV Development, a leading Class A, multi-family apartment developer based in Birmingham. He earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and received his B.S. from the University of Alabama. He serves on the board of directors for JH Outback Birmingham and the board of directors for JH Ranch.
Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group is deeply embedded in the commercial real estate industry, serving every sector of the market, including office, multi-family, industrial, healthcare and medical, hospitality, and residential tract development, whether through acquisitions, financing, lending, leasing, construction, regulatory, tax, and other legal counsel, guidance or advice. The team handles complex, multimillion-dollar projects for large institutions, as well as routine transactions for clients whose primary interests are in real estate investment or development.
