Bradley Adds Corporate Partner Mark F. Pendleton to Dallas Office
Bradley is pleased to announce that Mark F. Pendleton has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

Besen. “We continue to focus on strategic growth in our Texas offices, and Mark’s addition bolsters our capabilities in Dallas while providing valuable transactional support across the firm.”
Mr. Pendleton focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions for clients in the healthcare and energy industries. He regularly provides strategic counsel on complex regulatory matters, sales and acquisitions of companies and their assets, mergers and financing transactions, oil and gas transactions and dispositions, general corporate governance and other types of corporate transactions. Mr. Pendleton has experience working with private equity investors, independent sponsors, management service organizations, hospitals, physician practice groups, ambulatory surgery centers, ancillary healthcare providers and startups.
Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Pendleton was a shareholder with a boutique corporate and litigation firm based in Dallas. He earned his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.A. from Wake Forest University. Mr. Pendleton also received his LL.M. in International and Domestic Energy Law & Policy from the Southern Methodist University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
