Bradley Welcomes Banking & Financial Services Partner Brad Neighbors to Birmingham Office
Bradley is pleased to announce that Brad Neighbors has joined the firm’s Birmingham office as a partner in the Banking & Financial Services Practice Group.

He brings a stellar track record of success and focus on service that our clients will value.”
Mr. Neighbors’s practice covers all aspects of the financial services industry, which includes his work involving regulatory compliance, vendor risk management, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. He routinely represents community banks in mergers, branch purchases and other bank corporate transactions. He also advises community banks and their boards on regulatory, examination and enforcement matters. In addition, he has significant experience in privacy and cybersecurity related matters and in representing insurance companies on regulatory and compliance matters. Mr. Neighbors is a frequent speaker at the Alabama Bankers Association’s annual CEO, Bank Executive & Directors’ Conference.

Most recently, Mr. Neighbors was a partner at Balch & Bingham LLP in Birmingham in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services and Insurance Regulatory & Compliance groups.
Mr. Neighbors received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Auburn University.
