Bradley Partner Jeff Dyess Selected as Member of Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel
Bradley is pleased to announce that Jeff Dyess, a partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, has been selected as a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).
The FDCC is a professional trade association of vetted and premier defense and corporate counsel and industry executives that is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship, and professionalism of its members as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits. Members are dedicated to leading the profession by advancing the principles of integrity, professionalism, fair civil justice, intellectual capital, and fostering the trust and value of fellowship and referrals to their FDCC peers.
Chair of Bradley's Intellectual Property Practice Group, Mr. Dyess is a litigation partner with more than two decades of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property, competitive practice, trade secret and complex commercial disputes. He is admitted to practice in all federal district courts in Alabama, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit and the Federal Circuit. Mr. Dyess also has patent litigation experience before the International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
