Richard Warren Receives Nashville NAIOP’s Impact Award for Real Estate Industry Career Achievements

Bradley is pleased to announce that Richard F. Warren, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, has been honored with the Impact Award from the Nashville Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).

Mr. Warren, who has been involved with many of Middle Tennessee’s major real estate projects over the past four decades, received the lifetime achievement award for career-long contributions to the real estate industry and community. He was formally recognized at the NAIOP Nashville Chapter’s Annual Awards Gala in March.

NAIOP elevates the commercial real estate development industry by providing advocacy, education, research and connections to foster business opportunities. Members of NAIOP’s Nashville Chapter include individuals involved in the design, development, planning and market success of office, industrial and mixed-use properties.

A member of Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group, Mr. Warren represents a wide range of real estate developers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants in all types of commercial real estate projects, including office buildings, as well as retail and multi-family developments. He has significant experience working with various governmental officials involved in the entitlement process for new real estate projects.

Mr. Warren also is an active volunteer in professional, civic and community affairs, having served in key leadership positions with the major real estate trade associations in Nashville.
