Bradley Adds Corporate Finance Partner Kimberly E. Zirkle to Charlotte Office
Bradley is pleased to announce that Kimberly E. Zirkle has joined the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group as a partner in the Charlotte office.

Ms. Zirkle concentrates her practice on corporate finance and acquisitions transactions, working with a variety of lenders and private equity portfolio companies, and other private companies. She has experience with a wide variety of debt structures and regularly represents SBICs, BDCs, lenders and institutional investors in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of debt transactions and related equity co-investments. Ms. Zirkle also works with private equity funds in leveraged buyout transactions and represents portfolio companies and other private companies as borrower’s counsel in third-party debt financings, serving as a trusted advisor to structure financing terms that enable clients to meet their capital needs.
Prior to joining Bradley, Ms. Zirkle worked for more than 15 years at an AmLaw 150 firm where, in addition to her finance practice, she was instrumental in advancing the firm’s pro bono and public service work. Over the years she has dedicated a great deal of time to pro bono work, representing victims of domestic violence in support, custody and divorce proceedings, and previously serving on the board of Safe Alliance. Most recently, Ms. Zirkle led efforts to develop a nonprofit legal service provider, Charlotte Legal Initiative to Mobilize Businesses, Inc., aimed at providing pro bono legal assistance to small businesses in the Carolinas owned by diverse and underserved entrepreneurs, and she currently serves as the board chair.
Ms. Zirkle earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America®for Banking & Finance and is a member of the North Carolina and American bar associations.
