Britney Crawford and Sydney Willmann Graduate from Momentum Upward Program

Bradley attorneys Britney Crawford and Sydney Willmann recently graduated from Momentum’s Upward Early-Career Program. The program, comprised of approximately 30 women, leverages Momentum’s expertise and alumnae network to help the next generation of leaders set an intentional career path, defend their values, set clear boundaries and build strong relationships in the workplace.

The participants attended sessions each month from February through October that covered topics such as emotional intelligence, goal setting and prioritization, change management, career ownership, leadership fundamentals, and peer to leader transition.
