Ian Faria and Jon Paul Hoelscher Become Members of AAA Arbitrators Panel

Bradley attorneys Ian Faria and Jon Paul Hoelscher are now members of the American Arbitration Association^® (AAA) Arbitrators Panel.

Mr. Faria and Mr. Hoelscher successfully completed the Arbitration Fundamentals and Best Practices for New AAA Arbitrators Training Program, which included a comprehensive classroom program designed to develop the central education core for new AAA panelists. Panelists must have expertise in focused topics of their disciplines and are required to take ongoing education in the art and science of arbitration.

AAA panels are comprised of attorneys, former federal and state judges, and business owners with industry-specific knowledge and expertise. Arbitrators are required to adhere to Codes of Ethics developed by the AAA and the American Bar Association. Select expert panels include Aerospace, Aviation, National Security, Construction, Cybersecurity, Employment, Energy, Healthcare, Intellectual Property, Judicial, Labor, and Large and Complex Cases.
