Bradley’s A.J. Bahou Selected as 2025 Nashville Health Care Council Fellow

Bradley is pleased to announce that Nashville partner A.J. Bahou has been selected to the 2025 class of Nashville Health Care Council Fellows. He is one of just 27 healthcare leaders selected to the five-month intensive program designed to generate new perspectives and ideas for addressing the healthcare industry’s most pressing challenges and opportunities.

Now in its 12th year, the Nashville Health Care Council Fellows program connects the industry’s brightest minds, influential leaders, and drivers of change who are dedicated to shaping the future of the industry. This year, the council received a record number of applications for the flagship program, which entails a curriculum led by a faculty of experts covering critical topics such as cost of care and workforce challenges.

Mr. Bahou leads Bradley’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) team, drawing on his impressive background and practice focused on the intersection of law and technology, with an emphasis on healthcare technology, intellectual property, data privacy and cybersecurity. He has extensive experience in the areas of electrical and computer engineering technologies, including AI, virtual reality, medical devices, computer hardware, blockchain, software, and internet security systems. A significant portion of Mr. Bahou’s practice involves emerging technologies, and he has transacted deals, licensed AI technology, and filed applications for clients utilizing AI/machine learning tools across a variety of industries, including healthcare.

In 2023, Mr. Bahou helped launch the firm’s AI team to keep up with client demand and allow attorneys throughout the firm to share their AI and technology expertise across a variety of industries. He is an active member of the Nashville business community, serving on the board of directors for LaunchTN since 2011 and on the board of the Tennessee Intellectual Property Law Association since 2010. Mr. Bahou was selected to the Leadership Middle Tennessee Class of 2024 and was also appointed to serve on the AI Committee for the United States Supreme Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He currently serves as chair of the Tennessee Bar Association’s AI Task Force.
