Bradley Partner Casey L. Miller Elected to Nashville Bar Association Board of Directors, Recognized with President’s Award

Bradley is pleased to announce that partner Casey L. Miller has been elected to serve a four-year term on the board of directors of the Nashville Bar Association (NBA) beginning January 1, 2025. Additionally, Ms. Miller was named a recipient of the President’s Award at the NBA Annual Meeting & Banquet for her work on the NBA Executive Director Search Committee and her service and dedication to the organization.

Established in 1831, the NBA is a professional organization serving the legal community of Nashville, Tennessee. With more than 2,500 members, the NBA is the largest metropolitan bar association in the state. Ms. Miller is an active member of the NBA, recently serving as the 2024 president of the NBA’s Young Lawyers Division (YLD) and holding numerous other leadership positions within the organization over the last nine years.

Ms. Miller is a member of Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group and has a diverse practice focused on business tort litigation, contract disputes, fiduciary-duty claims involving corporate directors and officers, intellectual property litigation, securities litigation, disputes over non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, real estate litigation, and product liability defense. She practices in both state and federal courts across the country.

Ms. Miller received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.B.A. from the University of Georgia. She is a member of DRI, serving in various leadership roles for the Young Lawyers, and was inducted to the Nashville Bar Foundation’s Fellows Program in 2024. She has been honored by the Tennessee Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission as an “Attorney for Justice” in 2020 and 2024 for her pro bono service. She has served on the board of the Studio Tenn Theatre Company since 2022. In 2023, Ms. Miller was named a recipient of Bradley’s Cameron J. Miller Award for Excellence and Community Service in recognition for her firm and industry leadership, as well as her passion for serving her community.
