Bradley Partner Jason Bushby Elected American Bar Foundation Fellow

Bradley is pleased to announce that Jason Bushby, a partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, has been elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF).

The ABF Fellows are a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of the communities. Membership is limited to 1% of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. The Fellows provide support through annual contributions and sponsorship of seminars and events of direct relevance to the legal profession.

Mr. Bushby’s practice focuses on regulatory compliance, examination, enforcement, and litigation assistance matters for a range of financial services clients across the country. He advises clients, including some of the nation’s largest financial institutions, on compliance matters related to various federal and state regulations, as well as risk assessments and gap analysis, and represents financial services clients in civil litigation.

Mr. Busby serves as counsel to the American Bankers Association, an organization that unites banks across the country by supporting, educating, and advocating for financial institutions of all sizes and charters. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® in numerous practice areas, including Corporate Compliance Law, Financial Services Regulation Law, Commercial Litigation, Litigation – Banking and Finance, among others. Mr. Bushby has been listed in Chambers USA in Banking & Finance: Mainly Regulatory since 2023.

An independent, nonprofit organization, the ABF was founded in 1952 by the American Bar Association (ABA) and seeks to expand knowledge and advance justice through innovative, interdisciplinary, and rigorous empirical research on law, legal processes, and legal institutions.
