Law360 Gov Contracts Practice Group of the YearBradley is pleased to announce that the firm’s Government Contract Practice Group has been selected as a winner of Law360’s “Practice Groups of the Year” for the third time. The firm’s practice group also earned this recognition in 2023 and in 2021.

Law360’s 14th annual Practice Groups of the Year awards recognize the practice groups that worked on the biggest deals or achieved the biggest wins in the most important cases over the past year in a variety of key practice areas. Winners in each category are selected based on the size, complexity and significance of the matters they worked on.

Bradley’s group is “especially well-known for its bid protest practice at the U.S. Government Accountability Office and Court of Federal Claims,” notes Law360 in an article about the practice, that also said, “Federal contractors frequently task Bradley Arant with both pursuing and helping defend high-profile protests” while highlighting the firm’s recent lead role in a successful multiparty protest over the VA's $60.7 billion T4NG2 — Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation 2 — information technology procurement, and its work helping Classic Air Charter Inc. succeed in a GAO protest over an estimated $3.6 billion U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement contract for deportation charter flight services.

“It is an incredible honor to again be recognized by Law360 for the high-stakes work our group has continued to handle for our clients,” said Bradley partner and Government Contracts Practice Group co-leader Aron C. Beezley. “Our team has had another successful year managing a large volume of cases and other matters, and we are proud that Law360 recognizes the positive results we continue to achieve for our clients.”

Bradley’s Government Contracts Practice Group is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading government contracts practices, regularly representing contractors, both large and small, in all aspects of federal, state, and local contracting, with an emphasis on bid protests and claims matters.
