Bradley is pleased to announce that Alé Dalton, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, has been selected as an “On the Rise in Tennessee” winner by the 2025 Southeastern Legal Awards presented by ALM’s Law.com and the Daily Report.

“Alé is an outstanding young attorney who is very committed to pro bono work that greatly benefits our community,” said Bradley Nashville Office Managing Partner Lauren B. Jacques. “Alé is a deserving winner, and we congratulate her on being duly recognized for her accomplishments.”

The Southeastern Legal Awards honor attorneys in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, and Tennessee who have left an indelible mark on the legal community in the Southeast and beyond through their unwavering dedication to the profession. The On the Rise awards recognize attorneys under the age of 40 who are innovators, developing unique practice niches, amassing robust books of business, demonstrating strong leadership qualities, showing expertise in litigation or transactional work, and committing themselves to pro bono, charitable and professional volunteer work.

An attorney at Bradley since 2016 who was elevated to partner in 2024, Ms. Dalton is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on guiding clients through the highly regulated landscape of the healthcare industry, providing practical advice on a wide range of transactional, operational and regulatory matters. As part of her practice, Ms. Dalton is actively involved in efforts to meet gaps in the legal services industry through Bradley’s pro bono program and by helping staff community legal clinics. She serves as the vice chair of the firm’s Lawyers of Color Resource Group and is a liaison for Bradley’s Women’s Initiative.

Apart from her firm practice, Ms. Dalton currently serves as chair of the American Health Lawyers Association’s (AHLA) Early Career Professionals Council. She helped establish the Nashville Hispanic Bar Association and has worked with organizations to support the advancement of Hispanic families and students in the Nashville area. Her philanthropic and professional work has been recognized by several local and national organizations. Ms. Dalton was named to the Hispanic National Bar Association’s 2023 “Top Lawyers under 40” list, and she is a recipient of the University of Tennessee Knoxville’s Alumni Promise Award and the Nashville Emerging Leaders Award in Legal Services. She also received Bradley’s Diversity Leadership Award in 2024 and the Cameron J. Miller Award for Excellence and Community Service in 2021.
