Meet the Fifth Circuit's New Judge

Judge Cory T. Wilson is the newest member of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the first from Mississippi in almost a decade. He assumed teh seat that Judge E. Grady Jolly vacated upon taking senior status. Judge Wilson sat down with Simon Bailey, Secretary for the Appellate Practice Section of The Mississippi Bar, to discuss his path to the bench and the lessons he has learned so far.
