Paige Knight is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. Her practice encompasses all things commercial litigation, as well as regulatory and compliance matters. Paige focuses on consumer class action litigation, mortgage servicing, and data privacy and cybersecurity. She also advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues, including those touching the cybersecurity and financial services spaces.
Prior to joining Bradley, Paige served as a law clerk for the Hon. Anthony E. Porcelli of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was a senior managing editor for the Florida Law Review and a volunteer with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. While in law school, Paige authored a note published in the Florida Law Review in which she analyzed the question of whether officers and directors could be held liable under the theory they acted in bad faith in their oversight of a corporation’s cybersecurity. Prior to law school, Paige received her B.A. in Journalism and Politics from Washington & Lee University.
