Bradley’s J. Daniel Feltham Jr. Named An M&A Advisor 2022 Emerging Leader
Bradley is pleased to announce that Birmingham associate J. Daniel Feltham Jr. has been selected as one of The M&A Advisor’s 2022 Emerging Leaders.
The 13th annual Emerging Leaders Awards celebrate the industry’s emerging leaders in M&A, finance and turnaround who have achieved a significant level of success in the industry before the age of 40. Honorees will be recognized at an M&A Awards Gala in New York City.

Mr. Feltham has significant experience in advising privately and publicly traded companies on a broad range of transactional issues, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and other general corporate matters. He serves as outside general counsel to venture capital funds, private equity portfolio companies and family-owned businesses. Mr. Feltham has participated in domestic and international transactions across a variety of industries for prominent firms.
The M&A Advisor offers insights and intelligence on mergers and acquisitions and established the Emerging Leaders Awards to promote mentorship and professional development amongst the emerging leaders of the corporate finance and dealmaking industries. The 2022 Emerging Leaders Award winners were chosen from a pool of prominent nominees. An independent panel of judges reviewed the submissions and evaluated the nominees’ career accomplishments and professional expertise, as well as philanthropic endeavors.
