Danny Feltham is a partner in Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group and has significant experience in advising privately held and publicly traded companies on a broad range of transactional matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate matters.

Danny supports clients through all stages of growth. He routinely represents investors and founders in material capital raising, portfolio company acquisitions and exits. He is well versed in NVCA-style, early-stage and pre-IPO private investments. Danny also serves as outside general counsel to venture capital funds, private equity portfolio companies, and family-owned businesses. He has participated in numerous transactions both domestically and internationally, and his broad industry experience spans the healthcare and healthcare technology, manufacturing and distribution, transportation, software, and food and beverage sectors.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, he received a certificate in Law and Business and served as senior managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Danny also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance (summa cum laude) from Auburn University’s Raymond J. Harbert College of Business. Prior to joining Bradley, Danny clerked for the Hon. R. David Proctor on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

In 2022, Danny was the recipient of the M&A Advisor “Emerging Leader” award, recognizing top M&A practitioners under the age of 40 in the United States.
