Bradley Continues Growth In Nashville With The Addition Of Partners Nathan S. Harris And Benjamin Katz

Bradley is pleased to announce that Nathan S. Harris and Benjamin Katz have joined the firm as partners in the Nashville office.

“Nathan and Ben bring a wealth of corporate and finance experience to our team. They regularly handle complex matters that successfully meet each client’s specific goals,” said Bradley Nashville Office Managing Partner Lauren B. Jacques. “These new partners, along with the recent additions of Trusts & Estates partner Rick Nickels and Healthcare counsel Heather Sveadas, are part of a strategic plan to not only grow our Tennessee presence but expand our capabilities for clients across the country.”

Mr. Harris is a member of Bradley’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group and works with clients throughout the entire business lifecycle. He assists with entity formation, provides guidance on commercial transactions and fundraising, and advises buyers and sellers in connection with complex M&A transactions. Mr. Harris regularly works with clients across a variety of industries, including technology startups, electronic payments companies, pharmaceutical wholesalers, veterinary practices, community banks and restauranteurs. He earned his J.D. and his B.S. from the University of Kentucky.

Mr. Katz is a fintech attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Banking and Financial Services practice groups and serves as a trusted advisor and outside general counsel to companies in the electronic payments industry. He also represents clients in complex bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings across the country with a particular focus on helping automotive industry clients in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including those involving supply chain crises that threaten production. Mr. Katz earned his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law and his B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.

With the arrival of Mr. Harris and Mr. Katz, Bradley’s Nashville office has added more than 20 attorneys over the past 12 months, expanding the firm’s presence in a burgeoning market while bolstering its capabilities in key areas, including corporate, real estate, litigation, healthcare, fintech and data security. As the city’s third largest law firm with more than 160 attorneys, Bradley’s Nashville office is planning for continued growth that will include the addition of eight new associates in September.
