Nathan Harris’s practice covers the entire business lifecycle, from assisting with entity formation and providing guidance on commercial transactions and fundraising to advising buyers and sellers in connection with complex M&A transactions. A significant area of his day-to-day work involves acting as an “outside general counsel” to small and medium sized businesses in a wide variety of industries. Additionally, Nathan has significant experience representing companies that are raising capital and investors that are deploying capital in venture capital transactions, including deals ranging from early stage “seed” capital rounds to later stage investments involving established organizations.
