Four Bradley Partners Recognized in 2023 Benchmark Litigation Lists
Bradley is pleased to announce that Leigh Anne Hodge, Lela M. Hollabaugh and Kimberly B. Martin have been named to the 2023 Benchmark Top 250 Women in Litigation list and Rudy Hill has been named to the 2023 Benchmark 40 & Under List – U.S. edition.

The annual Top 250 Women in Litigation list focuses on leading female litigators who have participated in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history, while also earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients. Ms. Hodge and Ms. Martin have been named to the list for five consecutive years, and Ms. Hollabaugh has been recognized for six consecutive years.
Ms. Hodge leads Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group and is based in the firm’s Birmingham office. She regularly represents clients in the healthcare industry, provides counsel regarding product liability litigation, medical malpractice litigation, peer review and staff privileges matters, administrative hearings before licensure boards, ERISA litigation, Medicare Advantage plan litigation, managed care litigation, insurance disputes and insurance fraud cases.
Ms. Hollabaugh is based in the firm’s Nashville office and has served as the lead trial lawyer in more than a dozen jury trials, as well as more than two dozen bench trials, arbitrations and administrative hearings. She advises leading natural gas pipeline companies and other infrastructure clients on issues involving location, land acquisition, construction and operations and is currently advising on several large-scale pipeline projects in the east.
Ms. Martin is based in Bradley’s Huntsville office and focuses on medical device and pharmaceutical products liability litigation, as well as white collar matters and False Claims Act litigation. She represents multi-national pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers across the country and served as trial counsel for a nationwide hospice provider in a three-month False Claim Act trial brought by the Department of Justice.
The annual Benchmark 40 & Under List – U.S. edition sets out to identify the best and brightest litigators across the country, focusing on the top emerging talent in litigation. This is Mr. Hill’s fifth consecutive year being recognized in the list.
Mr. Hill is based in the firm’s Birmingham office and is a member of the Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups, focusing on product liability issues in the transportation and manufacturing industries and technology-related disputes involving IP assets. He handles matters at both trial and appellate levels through all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, fact discovery, expert discovery, summary judgement and trial.
