Alicia Adlerz is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group. Alicia focuses her practice on transactions and regulatory compliance matters for clients operating in the healthcare industry. She is committed to assisting clients in navigating the complex regulatory landscape while working towards each client’s desired outcome. Alicia has experience with transactions and operational matters involving a variety of healthcare providers, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, and physician practices. She regularly advises on compliance with federal and state laws governing healthcare facility licensure and enrollment, the corporate practice of medicine, and fraud and abuse.
Alicia is also active in her community, currently serving on The Next Generation Board of The Next Door, a nonprofit organization assisting women impacted by addiction, trauma, and incarceration. She has also served as a member of the host committee for Make-a-Wish of Middle Tennessee’s Wine and Wishes event.
Alicia graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School and was named to the Order of the Coif. She earned a B.A. (magna cum laude) in Journalism and English from the University of Georgia.
