Petar Angelov is an attorney in Bradley’s Construction Practice Group in the firm’s Nashville office. His practice focuses on both litigation and transactional matters within the construction industry. He primarily represents general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, residential and commercial owners, developers, architects, and engineers in litigation, arbitration, contract negotiation, and contract drafting. Petar assists clients both before and after problems arise by drafting agreements to best position clients to avoid disputes, as well as litigating and arbitrating matters to final resolution.
His experience includes litigating, arbitrating, and mediating various matters, drafting a wide range of legal documents, including various briefs, responses, and replies at the trial court level, the Tennessee Court of Appeals level, and the Tennessee Supreme Court level, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts and settlement agreements.
Petar received his J.D. from Belmont University College of Law and earned his B.S. in Commercial Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
