Danny Begasse is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. His computer engineering background provides him with a unique perspective as he manages patent portfolios, counsels clients on patent and trade secret risks and strategies, oversees international patent filings, conducts trademark clearance searches, and performs IP due diligence. Danny has experience drafting patent applications for various technologies, including computer HW/SW systems, wireless communications, semiconductor manufacturing and machine learning, among others. He also provides strategic guidance to clients on overcoming claim rejections in office actions and drafts amendments and responses to office actions for pending patent applications.

Danny earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and his B.S. in computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
