Rachel Bramblett is an associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group, where she zealously helps clients resolve disputes before federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution bodies. Rachel represents clients in a variety of matters and has experience in cases involving breach of contract, business torts, and products liability. Specifically, she has experience representing product manufacturers in complex litigation. She is well-versed in drafting dispositive motions, navigating tricky discovery issues, preparing cases for trial, and ultimately trying them. She enjoys working with clients to provide tailored solutions to their complex needs, exploring pre-litigation resolution and negotiations where appropriate.

Her experience also includes representing insurers in coverage disputes arising from commercial general liability policies and bad faith defense. She has successfully represented insurers on COVID-19 coverage cases.

Beyond this work, Rachel is a committed advocate for her pro bono clients. She has represented several individuals in the Atlanta community, helping them to overcome significant challenges. She also has experience representing individuals alongside the Innocence Project on behalf of those incarcerated on Alabama’s death row.
