Hall Bryant is a partner in the firm's Huntsville office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, securities law, corporate finance and general corporate advice. Hall works with a variety of clients in a broad range of industries, including government contracting, manufacturing, high technology, telecommunications, software, biotechnology, agribusiness, banking, waste disposal, retail, distribution and financial services.
Hall serves as outside general counsel to numerous clients, providing them with day-to-day general corporate, legal and regulatory advice. This counsel includes assisting with forming and structuring new entities and joint venture arrangements, negotiating and documenting supply agreements, distribution agreements, lease agreements, stock option plans, licensing agreements, consulting and employment agreements, and obtaining capital from venture capital firms, angel investors and traditional financing concerns.
Hall also has significant experience in negotiating and closing complex M&A transactions, having handled hundreds of transactions. His M&A experience includes buy-side and sell-side transactions, domestic and international transactions, private equity transactions, strategic acquisitions, and leveraged buy-outs.
For a number of years, Hall served on Bradley’s Board and Finance Committee, as well as serving as managing partner of the firm’s Huntsville office. He currently serves on the board of directors of an Alabama-based bank.
