Defeated class certification in a putative class action asserting breach of contract, fraud and unfair business practices (Section 17200) claims against a large on-line food ordering service. Prosecuting a major power reliability lawsuit on behalf of one of the world’s largest petroleum companies against the largest investor-owned electric utility.
