Hannah Choi is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. She has experience advising companies on various transaction matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate matters.
Prior to attending law school, Hannah was a senior associate in Forensic Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services.
Hannah received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she served as forum assistant executive editor for the SMU Law Review Association. Hannah has a Master in Professional Accounting degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Mathematics.
