Reed Cowart is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities and Economic Development & Renewable Energy practice groups.
His corporate practice focuses on advising public and private companies in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate governance and reorganizations, private equity transactions, business entity formation, and securities offerings.
His economic development practice focuses on all phases of the site selection, incentive negotiation, and incentive implementation process with the goal of assisting clients with all stages of project development, including real estate, tax, governmental, planning and zoning, environmental, permitting, financing, labor and employment, and construction matters.
Prior to joining Bradley, Reed received his J.D. (cum laude) from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. (summa cum laude) in Philosophy from Auburn University.
