Sale of pharmaceutical reverse distributor Represented a national pharmaceutical reverse distributor in the sale of its business, including advising on licensure and regulatory implications. Acquisition of surgery center – Maryland Represented a national surgery center company in the acquisition of an ownership interest in an ambulatory surgery center located in Columbia, Maryland, including managing the licensing and regulatory process required for the expansion of the ambulatory surgery center’s spine and orthopedic program. Integrated healthcare system formation Represented a regional health system in its strategic integration with one of the region’s largest multi-specialty physician groups to create an integrated healthcare system. Divestiture of surgery center and physician practices – Indiana Represented a national company in the sale of a surgery center and related physician practices located in Indiana. Acquisition of surgery center – Connecticut Represented a national surgery center company in the acquisition of a controlling ownership interest in an ambulatory surgery center located in Guilford, Connecticut. Joint Ventures of IVF Laboratories – Michigan and Vermont Represented a national IVF laboratory company in establishing joint ventures with fertility providers. Acquisition of surgery centers – Connecticut Represented a national surgery center company in the acquisition of two surgery centers located in Connecticut. Acquisition of surgery center – New Jersey Represented a national surgery center company in the acquisition of a surgery center located in Englewood, New Jersey. Joint venture of surgery center – Ohio Represented a national surgery center company in forming a joint venture with a regional health system in Dublin, Ohio.
