Ross Darville is a senior attorney in the firm’s Construction Practice Group. He represents clients in multiple jurisdictions across Texas in a broad range of liability matters. Ross has achieved favorable judgments and settlements on behalf of his clients in matters involving construction, transportation, business disputes, breach of contract, employment, and premises liability. Ross has significant experience with high-exposure, multi-plaintiff, and multi-defendant litigation. He is skilled in every phase of the litigation process, including motion practice, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial.
A West Texas native, Ross received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in Nuclear Engineering. He then graduated first in his class from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013, where he was a member of both Moot Court and Law Review.
