Eliza del Carmen is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group who represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of IP and complex litigation matters.
Eliza received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University. During law school, she served as ABA representative of the Student Bar Association, president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and co-president of the Health Law Society. Eliza also competed with the Emory Law Mock Trial Society, where she was awarded Best Oral Advocate and First Place Overall in the 2023 John L. Costello National Criminal Law Trial Advocacy Competition.
