Jonathan DeLuca is a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation, Government Investigations, and Construction practice groups, where he represents a wide range of clients in complex litigation and white-collar criminal matters in both federal and state courts.
Jonathan’s experience includes a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters, including business divorces, breach of contract actions, medical malpractice claims, and construction disputes. His civil litigation practice also includes experience representing clients before various administrative agencies in the State of Georgia. Jonathan has successfully tried cases in both state and federal courts, and helped his clients navigate the most complex business disputes.
Jonathan’s practice also includes handling a variety of white-collar criminal matters throughout the State of Georgia. This includes assisting clients during the pre-indictment phase, including investigative demands and grand jury subpoenas, all the way through the post indictment phase, including motions practice and trial. He also has extensive experience defending clients in civil asset forfeiture matters, where he has defended both individuals and businesses and has successfully obtained the release of millions of dollars’ worth of property wrongfully seized by the State of Georgia.
Prior to practicing law, Jonathan served as a judicial intern with Hon. Judge William Cassidy in the Southern District of Alabama. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Litigation since 2021.
