As an associate in the Construction Practice Group, Kyle Doiron represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in the many issues that can arise in the field of construction. His practice focuses on assisting clients both before and after problems arise by drafting contracts designed to best position clients to avoid disputes and litigating matters to final resolution if issues do surface.
Kyle is actively involved in local construction industry associations such as the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel and the Middle Tennessee branch of the Associated General Contractors of America. Kyle completed the AGC’s 2018 Construction Leadership Program, a six-month training program for future leaders in the construction industry.
Kyle graduated (magna cum laude) from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, he worked in the Wrongful Convictions Clinic at Duke and earned his M.A. in Psychology. He also earned a B.S. in Economics (summa cum laude) from Birmingham-Southern College, with minors in Business Administration and Political Science.
