Liam Doolin is an associate in Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Liam has a passion for understanding his clients’ complex transactions and working collaboratively to find meaningful solutions to their business issues. He assists clients in a variety of transactional settings, focusing on complex corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and capital raises. In addition to his transaction work, Liam also advises senior management and directors on fiduciary duty obligations and general strategic, governance and corporate matters.
Prior to joining Bradley, Liam was an associate in the New Orleans office of an Am Law 200 firm where he assisted clients with a broad range of M&A and capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters.
Liam received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he served as managing articles editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation. He has a B.S. in Geology from Tulane University.
