Representation of a joint venture partner involved in development of a one-million-square-foot, luxury mixed-use high-rise project, including a 250-key hotel, condos, 650 apartments, and retail. Representation of a privately held investment firm in the acquisition, development, and leasing of a 790,000- square-foot, single-story industrial building near Savannah, Georgia. Representation of an individual owner in the acquisition of a 100,000-square-foot, multi-tenant, grocery-anchored retail center, advising on leasing and other matters relating to the management of the asset. Representation of a medical office developer in the acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and asset management of a 50,000-square-foot multi-tenant medical office building.
