Sam Gillaspie is an associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group. Sam represents clients in complex energy, commercial and construction litigation matters. He has experience developing a wide variety of cases, including contract drafting, transactional work, and litigation. Sam also participated in a seven-day trial as third chair in Harris County district court where he helped obtain a favorable defense verdict for his clients.
During law school, Sam won the CALI Award (top grade) in Legal Research and Writing II and Domestic Petroleum Transaction. Before law school, he gained a deep understanding of the oilfield by working in completion pipe sales in South Texas and South Louisiana.
