Tiffany is a native of Winchester, Virginia. She received the Powell Fellowship in Legal Services from the University of Virginia School of Law. The fellowship honors the former Supreme Court Justice Lewis F. Powell, Jr. and enables a graduate of the law school to work in public interest law to enhance the delivery of legal services to the poor under the sponsorship of a public interest organization. Tiffany was the law school’s fifth Powell Fellow.
