      Acquisition of healthcare operations
      Assisted Community Health Systems in acquisition of various assets, such as surgery centers and imaging businesses, in connection with the syndication of a hospital.

      Divestiture of multiple hospitals
      Assisted Community Health Systems with divestiture of nine hospitals to Capella Healthcare; coordinated team of several attorneys in organizing and disclosing due diligence matters and advising client with respect to seller’s representations and warranties, as well as negotiating ancillary agreements associated with the transaction.

      Assisted in Solantic Corporation’s joint venture of urgent care centers in various markets with non-profit and for-profit partners.
